Your token is held by Showroom.pk, not the showroom, until you get the keys.
Why pay a token through the app
When you agree a price, the showroom asks for a token to hold the car. Paid through Showroom.pk, the money stays with us until handover.
When you get it back
- Change your mind within 72 hours: full refund.
- The showroom cancels or the car fails inspection: full refund.
- After 72 hours: half is refunded and half goes to the showroom for holding the car.
At handover
When you confirm you have the car and the papers, the token counts towards the price.
