Showroom.pk collects only what it needs to run the marketplace: your phone number to sign you in, the messages and calls you make through the app, and the records of deals, payments and services you take part in.

• CNIC, IBAN, chassis, engine and registration numbers are encrypted and shown only to people who need them; every such view is logged.
• Your phone number is never shown to showrooms: calls go through masked numbers.
• We share your details with a partner bank, insurer or courier only when you ask for that service and agree on the screen.
• When you delete your account we anonymise your personal data, keeping only the transaction records the law requires (for example tax records).
• Data is processed in line with the laws of Pakistan. Contact support to see, correct or delete your data.
