Buyer protection (draft)

Token money you pay in the app is held by Showroom.pk, not the showroom, until you confirm you have the car. It is refunded in full if the showroom cancels, the car becomes unavailable or fails an agreed inspection, or you withdraw within 72 hours. After that, withdrawing forfeits half of the token to the showroom. Disputes are decided by our team.
